Payment may be made in Euro only, and with payment in advance. You may pay by credit card or debit card. You may also make a payment by mail, sending a bankers draft or cheque made payable to ‘Eneclann Ltd’.

Credit Card Security
Secure credit card charging is done through Realex secure e-payments. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not keep computer records of your card number after an order has been processed. Secure credit card charging is done through Realex secure e-payments.

Delivery Destinations & VAT
Eneclann delivers worldwide. If the delivery address is within Ireland or the European Union (EU), we will add 21% Value Added Tax (VAT). All other orders are VAT free.

Delivery Times
We normally send out orders within 5 working days.  We do not keep stocks of the products because we make them to order, so during exceptionally busy times such as sales there may be a slight delay in delivery.

International orders are generally received in under 15 days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have not received your order within 28 days please contact us.

Packing and Postage
A flat rate is charged per order for post and packing, no matter how many CDs there are in the order.

The rates are
Ireland: €1.75
EU: €2.25
Rest of World: €3.35

Irish orders are sent by priority post. All others are sent by priority airmail post.

Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you will find your order exactly as expected. However, if you think that a CD is faulty, we would be glad to replace it. Please follow the following steps:

1. Take a look at our Technical Support FAQs just in case there is an issue with your computer rather than the CD itself.

2. If this does not resolve the problem, please contact us explaining what the issue is. If we think it may be a technical problem then we will advise you on how to rectify it. If it is agreed that the CD is faulty, please return it in its original packing, cross out your address, and leave our return label on the front of the packet and mark it “Return to Sender”. There is no need to add stamps to the packet. We will replace the faulty CD, or make a refund.

Please note that refunds will not be made if the CD is found to be in working condition.
