Before you complete your assessment, please make sure you have the following with you:

- all the information that you know about the ancestor you would like us to research. You'll need this to fill in the form.

- Your Mastercard or Visa credit card to pay the assessment fee of €40 ($44).

Detailed Instructions

1. Complete the questions on the online assessment form. Don't worry if you don't know the answers to all the questions, but make sure you provide as much information as you can - the more information, the better.

2. After completing the online assessment form, click Submit Details. You will arrive at a payment page where you will be asked to pay €40 ($44) to order your tailored research strategy from us.

3. Click Continue to Checkout. You will be asked to provide your name and address. Please make sure you complete all the sections of the form that include a red asterisk. (If you don't have a postcode please enter 12345).

4. Next, click Buy Now.

5. You will be asked to check that the details you provided are correct. If you are happy with them, click Proceed to Secure Server. This will direct you to our secure payment provider. (If you want to amend the details, click the back button on your browser).

6. Please select either Mastercard or Visa from the drop-down menu. Next enter your card number and the three-digit security code from the back of your card. Then add the expiration date and cardholder's name as it appears on the card. Finally, click Pay Now.

7. Once we have received your payment, a genealogist will be assigned to your assessment. Please allow one working week for us to get back to you with a full research strategy to progress our seach and a quotation for us to carry this out.
